On Sunday, October 27, just four days before children go trick-or-treating in a stunning array of costumes, the remnants of Tropical Storm Olga brought heavy rains to the New York City area into New England.
Just north and east of the City, the storm brought record daily precipitation for October 27. Records included:

White Plains: 2.20”
