June was another wild month in the era of anthropogenic global warming. Monthly heat records were toppled in Brownsville, Caribou, Del Rio, El Paso, Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Reno. Phoenix had, by far, its hottest June on record, surpassing the mark set just three years ago.
