Today is Day 19 of Russian President Putin’s unprovoked war against Ukraine, its civilian infrastructure, and its civilian population. Already, evidence of Russian war crimes is growing. What remains to be done is that such crimes be documented and categorized.

War crimes include indiscriminate bombardment against civilians and civilian infrastructure, deliberate targeting of medical facilities, abduction of at least two Mayors, and siege tactics that cut off civilians from access to food, medicine, and other supplies.
