The Council for Higher Education Accreditation/CHEA International Quality Group (CHEA/CIQG) will be holding its annual conference in Washington, DC from today through January 27. The conference page explains:

Colleges, universities, and accrediting organizations find themselves at a time of great change and adjustment. Issues stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic to emerging educational technologies and changes in the needs of students have meant that both institutions and their accreditors have needed to adapt rapidly and skillfully to new challenges and opportunities. Now is the time to ask: When it comes to assuring the quality of institutions and their educational offerings, as well as assessing that quality, what remains the same and what should change? The 2022 CHEA/CIQG Annual Conference will address a host of issues related to higher education quality assurance, from a variety of perspectives.
