On Thursday, February 18, 2021, Lehman College held a Town Hall for its 2021-25 strategic plan.

The Town Hall provided the latest opportunity for the campus community, including students, to weigh in on the plan that will guide the College over its next five years. The Plan comes with an updated set of mission, vision, and values statements. It contains four broad goals:

Goal 1: Educate, Empower, and Engage Students to Participate in a Global Society and Meet Workforce Needs

Goal 2: Enhance Faculty and Staff Success

Goal 3: Sustain Growth, Vitality and Institutional Effectiveness

Goal 4: Embrace the Spirit of Community Engagement

The College is currently developing an implementation plan to assure that the strategic plan has maximum impact in driving its strategic direction over the next five years.
