In its August 2016 newsletter, the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) published details for its forthcoming annual conference. This conference will be held on December 7-9 at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown Hotel.

The conference will feature four plenary sessions and 33 concurrent sessions. The plenary sessions will be as follows:

• The Impact of Federal Regulation on Higher Education Institutional Culture, Diversity, and Leadership
• The CFO’s Perspective: Issues and Trends That Will Affect Higher Education
• Proposed changes to the Middle States Commission on Higher Education’s accreditation processes and accreditation cycle
• New Administration But Old Higher Education Challenges
